Manage metrics and dimensions for each data source

An option to enable or disable metrics and dimensions from data sources (like Google, Facebook). Based on the setting here, the metrics and dimensions are shown in report. This will help reduce the number of metrics and dimensions on report and make it more user-friendly (currently there are more than 1000 metrics in a single data source and hardly 15 are used).
